not sure if im smokin somethin or what.. but i removed the little plug, and unscrewed the nut, but i still can't remove my shifter knob.. it wont twist, pull off, or anything. even put a puller on it, and it just eventually slips off, and marks the knob up. anybody else have problems?

ya i dunno.. you can only get so much of a pull on it because the material twists.. i'll get a bit crazy with it tomorrow. maybe even take it out and put it in the vice or something.

yeah it should just screw off. they are threaded. i know the first time i took mine off it was tough but not that hard. they put an adhesive on the threads from the factory so it dont vibrate loose which is probably why you cant get yours to break free.
