Does anyone know what the part# is for the sound padding underneath the cab? While I have my leaking nv4500 removed for rebuild I would like to go ahead and replace oil soaked failing down padding. Thanks for any input.
Cannot find sound padding under the cab part #

I can't help with a OEM part number but if you call one of the Mopar Parts Online websites the tech will look it up for you.
My personal recommendation would be to go aftermarket though. Probably cheaper and way more effect as a deadener. Look at the brands the car audio guys use, they have several that are heat resistant, and probably more oil resistant too.
