I am looking at a 98 12v that has had a lot done to it. Stage 4 injectors, competition valves, injection pump tuning, FASS 150gph lift pump, o-ringed head, 60# valve springs, shied diesel cam, schwitzer HTB2 turbo, 4'' straight pipe exhaust,PDI T4 exhaust manifold, banks techni-cooler intercooler, AFE bladerunner intake elbow, custom water/methanol injection kit, and ISSPRO gauges (boost, EGT, tranny temp, fuel pressure). Can all this shorten the lifespan of the motor? Is it too much? I am relatively new to diesels and want to know what are the pros and cons of modifying your engine? Thanks
