Can you drill and tap a banjo bolt to work for a fuel pressure gauge

I bought a bango bolt for a diesel shop and was going to drill and tap it to 1/8 to fit the sender on the fuel press gauge will it work ?

yes, alot of people go with that method for a fuel pressure tap.
