I was getting fuel today and there was a sticker on the pump that said contains 10% ethenol. It was one of the pumps that has gas on one side and diesel on the other side. Are they talking about the gas or can/are they putting ethenol in diesel also?

Nope. Ethanol is very dry. Even sucks when used in gassers. I lost about 1-2mpg with the 10% blend in the Magnum.

I think ethanol will mix with diesel, but will have more of a tendency to pull moisture from the air. This can be good or bad. If you have ethanol in your fuel, it will carry water past the fuel filter. If you have it in your tank it will carry water out of your tank. Ethanol has significantly less energy per gallon, so less fuel efficiency. I don't think it is a good addative unless you have water in your gasoline engine fuel tank. I doubt they are putting it into the diesel.
