Is that with a cell phone? No offence, but that's a crap photo. Grainy and just nasty. The better the photo, the more we have to work with.

Single Lens Reflex camera, basically a camera that photographers and pros use with interchangeable lenses. I use a Canon 7D, and I love the results.

Anyways the problem with the picture you posted is that it was taking in low light with a camera that doesn't have good low light support, hence all the noise in the picture. I suggest retaking the picture with a better camera, or during the day... and remove the time date stamp.
