Camper shell? Old to New

I am looking at buying a camper shell for my 08. Do you guys know if a camper shell from the older bodystyle( 99 ) will fit the newr body style ok?

The body lines don't match up. It technically will fit, but it won't look good.

Ok what about a camper off of an 04? That is the same body basically rigtht?
