Does anyone know anything on the f1 helix 3 cam. I have the chance to buy one for very cheap. Is it a good cam and wat can it support

no information but if u plan on pulling, installing the cam, better set aside a couple of days.

a cam on a diesel will help spool the turbo, and lower egt's. from what i understand, most cams that dont require fly cutting are fairly similar. :thumbsup:
