I was lookin at there web and they have a 6in aluminized exhaust for a little under a grand. All my mods are in my sig. I want to lower my egts cause i can hit 1500 way to easily. Would it help any? I was lookin at a snow performance water/methanol kit but it seems like it would be a pain in the rear to fill up and keep the right mixture. Which would be better the exhaust or water methanol?

It wouldn't help anymore then a 5" would...it's purely BLING. Not sure about exhaust vs water meth...You can prolly get an FBD 5" and water/meth for the same as the Bully Dog 6"...:w:

Water Meth would be the best of the two choices....but also you could do a bigger turbo like a 64/14 and that would help a lot :thumbsup.

yeah the 6" exhaust is WAAAY overkill and keep the wastegate under 45psi and you should be ok

That exhaust is the biggest waste of money ever. 4" will take you over 500hp.

Yeah...they say that under 500hp, the only thing a 5" will do is change your tone. Listen to the guys...TURBO, and if the flange is 5" then go with 5", other than that, get an intake, your sig doesnt show one. They can drop your EGT's. as well as an intake manifold, and exhaust manifold.

Actually mine changed my powerband...........but that was a perk.

IDK man.... my 5'' has a he!! of a time fitting, don't know if it would even fit.

Also, doesnt the 5" still have a 4" flange? so you would still have adequit back pressure for the turbo.

If you can find anyone that will give you a guaranty that any modification will give you more torque, more free HP, better milage, then get it. You egt's, I take it is in the manifold, great numbers that mean nothing, Lowering your EGT's with an exhaust will mean less torque, noise yes, another notch in you signature, yes, more torque is what a diesel is all about, it is a 359 cubic inch engine that turns 3000 RPM. Lots of class eight's run a single 5 inch and are 16 litre engines. PLAY SAFE!

With 100's your EGT's shouldn't be toooo bad. Definitely invest in a turbo before another exhaust.

The water/meth helps mine alot.I can hit 1450 degrees quick without it.If i spray it egts stay around 1250.When i do spray it i can hit 55psi and thats not good

If you do a 6inch definitely post some pics, I bet it'd look good..
