I really want to buy a power programmer for my truck but which one of these two is better I have seen and heard great things about the two with one do you guys recommend any suggestions are welcome:thumbsup

if you want ur turbo to melt down and blow up injectors bully dog all the way, and if you want mincy wussy power with minimal smoke go banks, smarty for real wicked low end power, and edge juice with attitude for on the fly changing and mean grunt all over the powerband, or the diablo sport pred is ok,

This would be awesome advise if they even made a Smarty for the 6.7. Of the two, Bully Dog. I'm considering a PMT/Mp8 stack myself. I'm tired of waiting for the Smarty. It probably hasnt even been started yet, Bob keeps ignoring our questions, and on another forum said it hadn't even been started, but we were told to expect is around christmas. Awesome.

Dunno about the Bully Dog, or the Smarty. But I just put on the Edge Juice w/ Attitude on my 6.7 and Da**! First time I hit it from a stand still on level five, I thought I had already messed up my transmission because the engine RPMs were gaining, but the truck didn't seem to be going any faster. Looked in the rear view and saw two black marks behind me. That was without a boosted launch.

I also like the safety features of the Edge. The defuel seems to work very well, but on these 6.7s, with an auto tranny, it will end up defueling 100% around 65mph, then pump it up again around 68 to 70.

I have been running the bullydog for over two years now. Software updates weekly and never had any problems. It did however help me wreck a crappy stock torque converter and valve body but regardless of the bullydog those parts were bound to fail.

I am reviving this post to get some opinions.

I have a 2007.5 STOCK 6.7L in my Dodge 2500.

I want to put the best bang for my buck here as I make my purchase.
I am considering:

Smarty
BD
Edge Juice w/attitude
MP-8

Now that these have been out for a while, which one do you think would be the best bang for my buck on this stock vehicle? I am averaging 13.5 MPG and would like to increase Fuel economy and give myself some more pulling power for my 31' travel trailer.
