built 12v head

I was just curious about how much interest people have in built 12v heads. I was just seeing if there is much of a market for them. I have a few heads in the shop i can get done. Theres quite a bit of options that can be done. Valve job, porting, surface head, oring head, bigger valves springs pockets have to be machined to run these, chromoly retainers and 10deg locks, roller tip rockers 1.81 ratio, intake milled off and individual runner manifold installed, and could come with a new head gasket and multilayer exhuast manifold gaskets.

I would be interested in port/polish, bigger valves/springs, o-ringing,basically everything except milling off intake for runner manifold, but could you om me a price with intake on and also milled off?
