Hello all,

I have installed the burgeon 800123 "6 Bolt" box, and paired it with the Borgeson 951 steering shaft. They have mounted and installed very seamlessly and well, however I have a huge concern!!

The Steering box is pushing into the fan shroud quite a bit. I am very concerned about the clearance and if it will become an issue with the actual fan. I will be finishing the system tomorrow morning, as soon as i finish installing the Synergy HD tie-rod system. Please let me know if there is anything i can do or if i have done something wrong.

I trimmed the fan shroud so there was clearance.

Thanks, I will trim mine. How close is the box to the fan? Any issues with it making contact?

I did that after installation of box.
Just make sure they are not in contact.

Should I be concerned about any fan flex or contact if they do not touch while the truck is off?
