boost fooler questions

so how does a boost fooler work? just wanting to do a little playing and thought about the smoke switch but could prolly designe my own boost fooler any help?:peelout:$:

A boost fooler just tricks the ecm into thinking its getting more boost than it really is which makes the truck actually create more boost because its sending more fuel to the motor. Thats how I understand it anyways.
