They do help in lowering your EGT's a bit.

No difference in fuel mileage. Performance? Not a ton.
The biggest difference I noticed when using the Quad Boost Fooler was a reduction in EGT's at WOT. Maybe 75-100 degrees.

The biggest plus I noticed out of mine was that it reduced that great hesatation when shifting gears. If you've got a standard shift and your egr then they are worth more than the price.If you want one mine will be for sale soon due to me getting a smarty now that i've hit the 100k mark.
