Just received a free quadzilla boost fooler from a buddy of mine that bought it and never used it. Was wondering if i could use it. I got a mini maxx with all the deletes and stock vgt turbo. is this gonna cause problems?

on a separate note installed a ccv open breather kit, i get an oily smell in the cab anyone else have this?

The boost fooler is not needed. That was addressed with the latest update to the MM. I would give it away or sell it. With the current programming we are already pushing these turbos out of their "safe zone" so I wouldn't install it. Sell the fooler and put the money in a kitty for some studs! :thumbsup:

EDIT: I forgot to add that you can get the oil smell when you do that mod. You're venting the crankcase to the atmosphere instead of recycling it back into the intake to be burned and then out the exhaust.

I only did the ccv open breather because that oil was going into my turbo. should i go back to venting it threw my turbo again?

I still have to original version that came with my MM. should i update it?

Update your mini and sell the boost fooler to a smarty guy, they need 'em, we H&S guys don't.....I just gave mine away to a friend with a smarty who needed it.
