Hey guys jus need some insight on if this is normal er what??? I jus noticed the other day after my pickup had been warmed up and running already I took off from a stop with pretty fast acceleration and I looked back and noticed that instead of black smoke being puffed out I was getting a very slight haze of whitish/grey smoke?? Any ideas what's going on there...o btw I do not have my Smarty on it at the moment so its stock tuned...it wasn't a lot of smoke just a haze and I also noticed at idle its been hazing a little also....pickup runs fine and everything other than that! Thanks guys!

I would suspect that it is antifreeze ... But ... Don t take my word. Maybe you should take it to someone who might know what they are doing.

Oil on top of pistons will do the same thing could be getting some blowby

Mines doing the same thing . really only visible at night with cars behind me . Hardly any blow by out if the VC . Don't think it's coolant , smells like fuel when it does it at idle.

Ya I don't think its coolant either...acts just like injectors are hazing, but really shouldn't be because I just have stock Bosch sticks and they only have like 10k miles on them..have zero blowby from oil cap nor from the VC...so idk..I would just think that when I accelerate hard it should be blacker smoke but hmmm...??
