Installed a nice billet aluminum tappet cover because I was leaking out of the gasket, decided to go big or go home and buy a high quality cover. I’ve recently started running more boost and fuel. I am leaking out of the vents in the tappet cover. What would be causing this? Could I make some sort of line to feed back into the engine? I think it is because of more blow by, but what do I know. I work on cars not deisels

I’ve heard of ppl installing the valve cover breathers from a Case/IH Cummins to account for the leaks that can occur from the billet tappet cover vents

A lot of those billet tappet covers don't have a baffled vent. If yours is one of those, that could explain it. You could always rig a catch-can.
