Check craigslist.org, good source for stuff like that.in the same boat as you guys. we are going to start with the appleseed style. we need to find a water heater
I hear the same thing, the average drops to 1-3 hours of hands on time...not too bad.i think once you get the process down, it won' be as time consuming.
Bummer, I can find a descent amount of electric but gas is more popular.i have been looking on craigslist but everyone has gas heaters for sale not electric
