Rim size, something, anything about what rims you have? If you want some decent tire choices it will have t be 20" rims. On a standard rim 245 is the widest that will fit without touching, 255's touch when loaded and most shops will not install.
Nitto Ridge Grapplers 255/80/17 are 33.3” diameter. That’s the tallest capable tire I could find in 255. As long as you air your tires properly when you tow, they do not touch. I had factory aluminum wheels if that matters.
My 5th wheel was close to 21,000 pounds with almost 4,000 pin weight. Empty I ran 35 psi in the rears, loaded 60 psi.
I did have an issue with one shop refusing to install and the shop right next door mounted with no issues.
