I have a 2007.5 dodge ram 2500 and I want to hook up my new sony MP3 player. I have already tried a fm transmitter (cigarette lighter type) that did not work well at all. I think that I want to plug directly into my stock infinity 6 disc radio.

Here are my questions:
1.) Are there any Aux inputs on the back of the radio?
2.) Can I use the antenna hook up type connector?
3.) How hard is it to get to the rear of the radio?

I appriciate any help.

I know I don't have one on the front. I will have to tear it apart and see if I have Auxilary inputs in the rear of the radio. How hard is it to take dash apart?

Thanks Bigwhitey3500. I gave enfig carstereo a call and they said they have a auxlliary input tee plug for the back of my radio for $80. It sounds like a good option, if I can't find anything else as good for cheaper I think I'll get it.

MP3 Player hook up a success!!!

Just in case anyone is interested I was able to successfully hook up my new MP3 player to my truck.

I purchased a PAC AAI-CHY AUXILIARY AUDIO INPUT for $65 which plugs directly in between the radio and the factory wiring harness and provides two sets of auxillary inputs. Then I just purchased a 7' cord that had auxillary inputs on one end and the 3.5mm headphone jack on the other end to plug into my MP3 player.

If you need help on how to remove the dash around the radio I found this link that was very helpfull:

The dash was very easy to remove. Total time to complete entire hook up was about 30 minutes. Good Luck.
