I am putting a 46 Power Wagon cab on a 2007 3500 diesel 4x4 chassis with flatbed.
If you already think I'm weird, then you have a pretty good picture...

I own these NEW (726 miles) parts from a stored 2008 4500, yes 4500, chassis cab including:
6.7 pre-DEF Cummins,
Aisin AS68RC trans (must convert to transfer case for 4x4),
dually rear axle assy with new 10-bolt wheels, tires, brakes, and hubs
front axle assy (but non-4wd) with new 10-bolt wheels, tires, brakes, and hubs

So I'm basically building a 3500 with 4500 components.

The 3500 front 4x4 axle is the right width for the Power Wagon front fenders, 4500 axle much too wide.
The 4500 ball joint yokes are of course much larger than the 3500.
Still, can I adapt the 4500 hubs, brakes, and wheels somehow to the 3500 4x4 axle?
If not, what are the best adapters to just convert the 8-bolt to 10-bolt wheels?
