I filled up the truck the other day with B-10 and drove 400 hwy miles with cruise set at 69mph at night time with temps in the mid 40's. I then drove back with some intown driving, and I tried to baby it most of the way. I kept the Edge set to #1 and didn't get after it much at all.

I filled up on my way home last night with 32.4 gal of fuel with 713 miles on trip meter! Thats 21.97 mpg !

Thats the best I've seen so far on my truck.

DPF delete and EGR bypass will save youre engine in the long run. Look at the dip stick when you check you're oil. My 97 cummins never was that black. The EGR bypass will help with the soot migrating into you're oil. DPF, well, that one is a tree hugger application added and I dont think its a big help. In the long run we use more fuel and that seems to be a bad environmental decision, right?

I'm happy with the BANKS intercooler. It was pricey but it dropped my EGT's by a 100. I can't say it saved me any fuel mileage, but it sure didn't hurt. I've heard that you can save money by buying directly from BANKS, rather than going thru a dealer, but I dont know for sure.

I have tried to become a dealer with banks....and until recently they were what i would and even told them...insane with what they wanted for dealer buy-ins

I guess some dealers and i could understand them being priced on the high side, if they bought into that deal

triker- A DPF is aDiesel Particulate Filter and is part of the EPA's new emission on the 6.7L. According to your sig, you don't have to worry about this piece of sh*t.
