I have the BD ebrake on 2011 2500 . This is an intermittent problem. Sometimes it works sometimes not doesn't matter if it's cold or hot its done it either way. When it doesn't work I don't hear the air compressor. I took a 10 hour trip and it work most of the time for the first 8 hours and then it stopped for last 2 hours then it worked for last 5 min. Lol I love the way it works and I even use it when I'm not towing so it don't get clogged with soot. This unit is hooked up so I can use the factory ebrake switch. Anyone have any ideas where to start looking? It's been doing this for a few months. Thanks in advance.

Other than filling out your signature. Auto? TC locking? If so, I would start with your pressure switch and power supply connections.
I don't use the dash switch. That was not an option when I purchased mine when I gave up on the VGT.

Who is your tuner? How long has it been going on? Similar issue with mine, tuning conflicted with the factory button function. Had to run off a toggle switch and no issues since. If you've had it awhile I'd go with the above post. Check power connections, pressure switch etc.

I have not had time to look yet n of 60 thank you. The truck is an automatic . Lauber I just changed to anarchy with efi live about a couple months before the problem started that was in January . I had mini max for 6 years before that. The e brake is about 2.5 years old. Toggle might be nice then I can just leave it on. I called anarchy and they didn't think it was a tuning issue.

I'd check the signal circuit to the relay and the power circuit to the compressor, for starters. I didn't like how BD makes the compressor cycle for every ebrake activation... that has to be hard on things. I added an unloading pressure sw. and 2.5gal tank to cut down on compressor cycles. I needed to do that anyway to run my air bag system and now the compressor doesn't cycle much. Craig
