hey there I'm dealing with arcing when placing my battery cable back on the battery after putting om the new alternator and after deleting the plug on the back i got single wire alternator on the way any help would be awesome

Are you putting the correct cable on the alternator post?

One in the harness is a positive and one is a ground, did you mix them up?

Can you post a picture of the back of the alternator?

What kind of a single wire alternator did you get?

The old one could be shorted out for the reason it's arcing.

I would ground it just like the Factory one is, you can never have to many grounds.

Is that a snake hanging down from the front plow mount under the G on the plate?

What is a fusible link alternator?

its the green fusible link in the truck that came stock

Maybe someone else will have a answer to that, I don't recall my old 92 having that.

Cut or burnt?

It may have burnt due to a short in the charging circuit. If so, you can replace it and it will burn again.

Need to find out why you're having arcing problems.
