There were several threads on that some time ago. Ummm, not much success was the result for most if not all.

Shane called up one of the guys who signed my petition and threatened him.

I have less than nice things to say about him, so I choose not to.

Still an 'open' issue for the Admins. I think they're trying just to stay out of it...

But BADP has a reputation here, and it's not a good one, so hopefully I can keep someone else from getting ripped off.

Talk to Lori. I told her my story and she did refund my upgrade fee.

I wish they could have cleared the air sooner. Looking back on it I can see why Shane was frustrated and acted the way he did. I probably would have done the same had I been in that situation. I had no problems with him or BADP prior to that and talking to Lori now - they are still good people. It's just a shame things went the way they did for them. But she made it right and that gives her a lot of credit in my book.

I have no hard feelings with them anymore.
