Should i just leave the lines to the dpf filter opened or can I plug the lines I drove the truck with them pluged and got a low dpf pressure code.

i kept the rubber hoses attatched to dpf. left opening open on truck. i think only codes are 244 and 489 and possible 242 once in a while.

remove it all

There is no need to leave any of it connected. You can pull the hose off of the pressure sensor and store the tubing and hose.
