Bad turbo!!

So I was driving home today and everything seemed fine until my truck started making a loud noise and stopped making boost. Took the intake off to look at the turbo and the wheel won't spin. I'm guessing after 251k miles it finally got tired. Any ideas if it can be rebuilt or do I need a new one? Any way to check the housing to see if it's still good? Any help is greatly appreciated
