Ok, the front transmission cooler line blew out of the junction right at the transmission. The plastic clip and O-ring are gone. Not the threaded part. The "quick release" plastic snap in and o-ring. I have a new plastic clip to hold the cooler line in, but I cant find the o-ring.

I have tried a couple out of just the normal "kits" that don't fit. It still leaks. There must be a particular size for this application.

Please tell me that someone knows that size so I can go to the parts store and get the truck back on the road.

Thanks

damn that is going to be a tough one. do you have an "inch port" o-ring kit? I believe the cross sectional diameter of the o-ring for those is close to whats on the trans line. Any heavy machinery place should have a massive o-ring assortment to go through.

I believe its a 1/2" line or metric equivalant. I've got an assortment like your talking, and that's what I tried. I used the standard size, but haven't tried the metric.
