i got a 95 12v auto and the trans has been acting up especially when its cold it doesnt like to stay in reverse and it doesn't like to shift when i warms up it gets better but still does it any ideas?:banghead:

Go service it and see if it helps maybe you have trash in the filter.

Or, Have you had it servied lately? I had mine done once and they put the worng weight fluid in it. The 47re is really tempermental about that. It has to be ATF+4 Chrysler fluid.

i already changed the filter maybe ill get it flushed cause the fluid was pretty dark coming out of it

Well seeing how you are in Waco if you do find that something is wrong and you decide to replace it. There is a teacher at TSTC in the heavy diesel dept. His name is Golbow and he is a transmission god up there. He built a few of the guys I went to school with transmissions. He know his stuff.
