So I have some of the Mopar tranny fluid left over. I bought a gallon four years ago so I could add some when I put my tranny temp gauge in. It is opened I think, and wondered if it goes bad, draws moisture if the seal is cracked sitting around?

It will be fine. Any moisture entrained within the oil will be removed once it gets up to operating temperature, if you're putting it in your transmission. I'm not sure that the power steering/brake system gets warm enough to remove moisture.

some of the additives can drop out of solution.
common in motor oil that sets on the shelf for more than a year.

shake the bottle vigorously before pouring.

If it was closed it is fine. Brake fluid is the one you have to keep fresh
