Is it common for a Cummins to leak oil? Just a few drops on the ground. Is it anything to get worked up about?

Might want to put a post in the forums instead of the classifieds, it will help you get replies.:buttkick:

if it didnt leak oil, it wouldnt be a cummins:hehe:

they're not oil burners, they're oil leakers

my truck does not leak oil, it marks its territory.

my truck is loud and leaks oil, i guess thats why the previous put a harley badge on it!

there are however plenty of ways to fix the problem depending on where its commin from, pan, tappet cover, vac. pump, front cover etc...

It's not a Cummins thing. They had to make them that way to comply with Dodges requirement that they Drip Oil Drip Gas Everywhere.
