Apps Output Value

I found the sticker in the apps and adjusted it (apps) to read (at the PCM)the proper voltage at idle.

Now I am trying to find the voltage output at WOT(wide open throttle)

Any body know What it should be or where to find the nimbers?

I have an early 03.
