Looking to replace my headlights, been looking at the Anzo brand. Their quality seems to be a little better than some of the others out in the market. I'm currently running my stocks with HIDs. They work really well, I just wanted a different look of the housing. My first choice would be the projector one's with black housing. If anyone has this headlight, please let me know how you like em. I've also included option 2 and 3 if for some reason I can't run my HIDs with option 1. Thanks for any inputs..... Hopefully the pics. I've included shows up.

Oh ok cool, that's exactly what I'm wondering. So HIDs can be use in those projectors (option 1)?

They may/can as with any halogen housing (which option 1 is).

Look into retroshop dot us, they do great work for a reasonable cost.

new housings witha retro fit and the HID setup ....correctly for around 500. Not bad considering the labor to do it correctly.

yes they will.................. *rolls eyes* i have them in my housings.... and you can read on here about the debate of HID's in halogens....

i have learned to stay quiet about my setup as there are those that can seem to understand what is legal and what isnt.... and as long as the bulb is designed as a halogen replacement with the light element in the correct location you should be fine.

its the super blue bulbs that are the biggest issue.

You are right about the Anzo headlight housings. They are a very worthwhile upgrade for the 2nd Gens. I spent the afternoon putting in option 2, except in all chrome to retain the stock appearance. The Anzo housing is very well made, and bolts right in, jut like a factory replacement. My truck retains the original look, but now has clear lenses! Add some Philips XtremeVision 9004s (only available on Amazon), and I have a small but noticeable improvement in night time visibility. Xtreme Diesel seems to have the best price out there. Try to have them aimed with an optical beamsetter, if possible. That is the most accurate alignment you can get.

Option 2 and love it. I inspected one of my stock lights side by side with the Anzo when I was swapping them out, and I couldn't tell a difference besides color and dirt. OEM quality for sure. Even the little stamps and molding tabs were the same. I can only speak to the 2 piece Anzos, but I would imagine their other assemblies are of the same quality.

I can't wait for my setup to come in the mail. Acura Bi-xeon retrofit blacked out headlights but they are pricey and guaranteed best thing is they are local for california to me

Option 2. I haven't had good luck with cheap projector housings.
I agree with you on option two, but to be fair these aren't cheap eBay assemblies.
