Dodge wants $200 bucks to do one seat. Geno's says their aftermarket kit won't work with the stock switches. The seat heaters are really weak. The switch lights don't flash indicating an open. I would think that the heaters would either work or not work.

Anyway, I want to get them working without breaking the bank. I searched forum already and wasn't able to find exactly the answers I'm looking for. Appreciate any help from someone who's done this.

i've put aftermarket seat heaters in my 08. the takedown is pretty easy for the seat. i would think that the wires would be straightforward to put in new elements. +, - , and a thermal shutoff so you dont sterilize yourself.
