As the title says looking for a vendor that might have some higher end suspension parts in stock. Mainly looking for extended control arms for a lift/level and an adjustable track bar. I already have shocks, sway bar end links, and I have an old set of Skyjacker d25's I can use temporarily.

Back story... I have been waiting for my front suspension from Dodge Off Road LLC for over 4 weeks now. Was promised that everything was going to be shipped this past monday, I took their word for it and let my friend that I sold all of my current suspension to, take off the parts and installed everything on his truck. The parts were never shipped and they will not respond to me now. I really don't have the luxury of leaving my truck sit on jack stands for a month while waiting for parts from someplace like Thuren at the moment.

After reading the complaints that DOR has received on not coming through on deliveries, I do not see them delivering the parts, and I have already contacted my bank, BBB, and the Arkansas attorney general to start working on getting a refund.

I wish I would of known the bad reputation the company has prior, but I have their parts on my 2nd gen and have had good luck with the quality.

I was looking into them, wasn't sure if the stuff on the website was ready to ship though, and haven't had a chance to contact them about it.

Apparently I should of done more research, before asking. I didn't know manufacturers like Carli were available on Amazon now. I haven't touched my truck for a few years, so I'm not up to date on everything.

Thanks though!

I would still give CJoffroad a call and see what they got and when it will arrive. Atleast with them you have a knowledgeable base and good customer service if things dont go well. Amazon may be easy to return an item but they dont know nor care what you buy or to help with installation/adjustment/repair parts for when things break.

I have also heard of them getting things shipped out very quickly when the need arises.

Amazon won’t call you back on a Sunday afternoon while you’re trying to install a part and have questions. Amazon is great for buying your next pair of socks, but have you ever needed help putting on socks?

DOR is an unauthorized Carli vendor. That’s a hard list to get on. We stock more Carli than anyone.

DOR is probably the most worthless company I have ever dealt with, hard to believe they are still in business. Really mad at myself for not researching more prior, but didn't have this issue with them last time.

CJC thanks for the reply, good to hear you stand behind the products you sell and you have a great selection. Unfortunately, unless you have expedited shipping, I do not think the parts would make it from Cali to Ohio by next week.

I was able to source the following and everything is scheduled for delivery next week. $50 combined shipping cost as well.

Amazon is useless when you're looking for advice.

CJC Offroad installs what they sell. Their customer service is second to none. They answer the telephone and help. CJC has been a pleasure to deal with every time.
