i think that a certified shop has to do the work if im not mistaken, or you can call them up ask ask for a shop in your area.

I talked to them yesterday and they told me (in an email) the warranty is good whether I put in or have a shop do it.

that is good to know, as now i can do the work myself.

hell ide drive out there and pick it up, LOL
