I still have a stock exhaust on my truck minus the cat. Would I see any benefit changing from my stock muffler to a Banks Monster muffler? Looking for fuel mileage and or hp.
I don't like loud so straight pipe is not an option.

I already have a Monster, and I'm wondering the same thing. Looks like no one answered after all this time; maybe no one tried one?

Any exhaust upgrades don't have much effect on mpg or hp.
Some have found that removing the Cat converter lost them mpg.

I had a Banks monster exhaust on my 2001 F350 PSD with no cat. It was not loud. I don't think it improved mileage itself. I put the Banks power package on which included turbo back exhaust (with muffler), turbo improvements, new intercooler, chip and transcommand. The whole package increased mileage and power.
