I just bought a smarty s06 and uploaded the sw7 with tm2 tq4 rp1 waste gate on. Does anyone see any problems with running that combo with my mods. I'm worried it is too much timing but the truck seems to run a lot smoother from 50%-100% throttle. If people like different settings lets hearem

Is default a better option to run. Isn't rail pressure raised on default?

Ya slightly but it's still safe. All defaults are generally the best.

Smarty doesn't raise rail, it ramps it up more aggressively, or that's what they say.

No issues what so ever running S06, I always ran TNT (or TNT/R) on SW 9, non-default settings. Um, from memory, TQ3, TM2 or 3, RP 2, waste gate off.

For sure it Ramps up much quicker. I noticed on sw7 it showed approx 2500 psi more than stock at wot at high rpm. Aswell.

Ur best mileage is going to come on sw9 all defaults. Egts will be ok unless towing. When towing I use sw9 occasionally under 10k but have gauges and a built trans.

I tried sw9 and I think 7 is better. Prob because I don't have the fuel setup needed

That's a fallacy. 9 runs just fine on stock fuel.

How it feels to you is your own opinion, I ran 9 for years.
Yes. Total fallacy!!!(I love that word gotta use it more)
I've got full gauges and the only thing sw9 that can cause Alert is when towing heavy. And I've even got the small 341 and lift pump that's got about 10000 hours on it.

Try all defaults watergate off. Except adjust the torque to stock.
That's what I would do in your situation. Drive nice for a couple or three tanks and see the difference in mileage. I can tell you if you drive like a grandma it will increase in mileage. If u get on it even a little. Kiss the mileage goodbye

If you run 9 plan on getting a clutch. Mine went out in about an hour...after running the out of it of course but no launches.. Took the clutch out and it looked brandnew just glazed over. So it wwasn't like it was already warn out or something

His truck is an auto that has been upgraded according to his sig...

I ran sw9 on my old truck with a fass 150 and edge cts gauges with a southbend and had the best mileage on that tune with pod set to 60 for highway/regular driving. I would just turn up the pod on the cts to play it was a great set up for me.

I always ran default settings and wastegate stock/on was always plenty of power for me since I was stock-turbo, injectors, no studs and stock cp3 with an arson 3 kit.
