Am I Going To Harm My Injectors By Running #2 On The Rail Pressure? Im Trying To Get Better Economy With Good Power And Throttle Responce So I Was Thinking #5 Moderate Tq Managment, Timing #2, And Rail Pressure #2 Think This Is A Good Set Up...my Big Thing I Dont Want To Cause Any Harm To Anything And I Also Dont Want To Void My Warranty By Messing With The Rail Pressure

You can try it. #2 is mild. But I lost about 1mpg in fuel economy while towing with the #2 setting. So I'm back to stock pressure.
Also try running the timing set to #4. Should help with the economy.

the one thing I noticed on my truck with the RP#2 over default is a vast reduction in smoke.

only thing I can come up with is I'm getting more fuel in quicker. BTW, running stock timeing ;)

I am finding more smoke all the time when I bump up my rail pressure. I took it back down to default to try and get rid of some smoke. I slipped my clutch yesterday with 22k miles on the truck so I am backing all kinds of stuff back down. I am wondering if it is the torque management causing the smoke or if it is the rail pressure. I am still testing to see. I get smoke even on lvl #3. I think I need some adjustment on my pedal travel because I have always engaged completely at the very top of my travel. Seems like it should be further in to me. That may be why I slipped yesterday.

Torque management causes the most smoke...
