Aisin Cool Down

I'm wondering what is the best way to cool down the Aisin transmission?

1. Idle in Park,
2. Idle in Neutral.
3. High speed idle.

The reason I ask is that yesterday I had to backup the trailer quite a bit and saw the Aisin trans temp at 195 when I was done. I wondered what I should do to get the trans temp down. I thought should I just turn it off or is there a better way?

We have a 2015 Ram 3500 Cummins/Aisin SRW.

Thanks,

Bill

No difference as far as I know. Most new autos should constantly be pumping and circulating ATF and though the cooler if the thermocouple is open.

The brother in law has a 1995 Jeep YJ with the 3 speed auto. It will not circulate ATF though the coolant circuit unless it is in drive, which is a funny little thing.
