I had my AirDog installed a couple months ago and ever since I have had a noise under the driver side floor area.. This noise occurs when I am coming to a stop and also when I am taking off so I'm thinking the cab is flexing and hitting the top of the airdog bracket.. Anyone else have this problem? I called an sent pics to them and they said to take it off and grind some of it off. I paid 500+ For this to take it off an grind it down...:spank:

I had one on my 2008 Dodge. I'd feel a "clunk" when going over bumps. The top of the bracket was hitting the floor board. Loosened up the bolts, lowered it 3/8" to 1/2" and never heard it again in 4 years of owning the truck. I'm not saying that's it, but there's not a lot that can do that.

The lines are flexible, so I doubt they are making the noise. It'd either have to be the bracket or something else.

Yea thanks for all the help I have no choice but to trim some of it... The thing is is that there is less then a 1/4 of an inch until I'll hit the bolt hole and I can't move it down at all now it's too tight of a fit.. I wish I could post this pic but I'm using a phone
