i've been looking at fuel pumps recentley especially the air dog since its almost $200 cheaper than the fass. Do i need the water filter seperator or can i just get the fuel pump

you can get it with out filters but i would advise you get the filters
its highly recommended to get the filters. I will when i get mine.
I wish I could tell you more than the other guys. I've had mine sitting in the garage for over 2 months. Every time I get close to a half tank I think, "crap, I should fill up before fuel get's more exspensive!" I'm not about to drop the tank with more than a fuel light on. I'll report back once I get off my arse and get it done. I got the airdog 150, I think the filters are nessesary. Why upgrade if you don't get filters? Jeb said he's had good pressure numbers with the stock pump.
why dont you just pull the bed instead Atc250r18?
Having the water and air separator has made a bog difference on my truck, It run so smooth at idle... and a bunch quieter :thumbsup I'm also seeing a 1 mpg increase over the stock setup on the hwy.
should i go with the 150 or 250 ? the super dog looks awesome. I'm planning on some serious power with this truck and only want to buy a pump once.
the 150 will be fine the 100 can handle upwards of 550 hp so the 150 is good for 750 imo. i would also say taking the bed off is much easier if you have a couple buddies to help ya out. it only takes about a half out to take it off.
so do both the airdog and fass use a 2nd fuel line from the tank?
Where do they connect to the engine?
Does the fuel from the 2nd pump go through the stock fuel filter?

thanks
You run it straight to the CP3. Bypass the stock Filter. You put a complete new draw tube in the tank. Unplug the wiring on the factory pump in the tank and block off the line.

The Airdog 150 replaces all the fuel line with 1/2" hose and push loc connectors, even the return line from the pump.
i'm going to do the pmt with the air dog i think possibly 80hp injectors as well. i'm looking for 500rwhp
