I installed my airdog and ran a tank through it and the most it could get it to drop was 2-3 pounds of pressure (19-16).

I filled up with a tank of Fuel because i was getting low and now if the turbo spools up it slowly bleeds off pressure. However when i let off the pedal it regains its pressure instantly. It doesnt seem to me like this is an air suction problem since it ran fine before and now is having problems. To make sure i checked all the fittings and they were dry. Do you think i sucked up all the crap in the bottom of my tank and i need to replace the filter already? :confused013:

Thanks

Also I see you have a DSV. Is it the high flow upgrade? At least the suction tube upgrade?

It's the draw straw V hf

So it is going down into the cup where the intank fuel pump used to go and has 1/2 line from the straw all the way to the VP.

The lowest ive dropped it to is 8psi then i let off. It takes about 30-45 seconds of holding it where the turbo is at 20 psi to get it to drop there.

Normal driving it ranges between 18-15 even if i stomp on it. Like i said i have to get the turbo spooled and hold it at that higher rpm to get it to bleed off fuel pressure. Where i see this being an issue is if i were towing something heavy.

It sounds just like my truck when the fuel filter is starting to clog, you may want to give it a look.

Just wanted to let you all know that the filter was definitely the problem. Ordered some new fleetguards and put the new one in today and there is a world of difference. It gets down to 15psi and then wont move after that.
