I like that. I'd bet that as long as you are able to use your stock lugnuts it may work without issue. You may, however, have to cut some off of the bottom of the cap in order for it to fit. I did that back when I ran Hummer rims on my 03 truck.

Since the cap attaches to the lugnut then I'd say you would have to modify some stock lugnuts and have that long end attached to them or.....well I don't see any other option.

Dang I really like the way this looks, The only thing I can think of is to run double lug nuts a open ended one small enough to run inside the wheel then a stock one on top of that that way the cap would snap over the stock one. Just dont know if they make a lugnut like I need lol

on a side note Im looking at some push through center caps.

The center bore of the wheel is 5.125 aka 5 1/8 would buying a center cap with the outside diamater of 5.100 aka 5 1/10 be ok? I understand it will be a little play but I can put some foam tape around the cap where it touches the wheel.

I want to run the 5.100 ones because they are black and I wont have to paint chrome ones etc.

Well you could definitely source some black push through caps that are the right size. 5.125 in = 130.18 mm --- some wheel manufacturers list bore size in mm, that's why I throw it out there. I'm not sure if you have a particular set in mind or you just want something black....also don't know if you want an open faced center cap with a separate cap for the end or a one piece center cap...let me know and I can point you in the right direction (that is, if you're not set on the caps that you had mentioned trying to make fit).

All I want is a simple black closed cap because I have a idea for making my own decal for the end of it. I found black center caps on summit gorilla brand but they only have 5.100 & 5.150. $54 for all 4. Let me know what you find if you have time. Thanks

Hit this link Ultra Type 164 Black Painted and scroll to about mid page. There are tabs for product info, reviews, included hardware, optional hardware. Click on the optional hardware tab and you will see two different style center caps for this wheel. They should be the right size according to Ultra's table on their website 164 Specs but I'd call tire rack to verify and to spec the difference between the short cap and tall cap. I've mixed and matched center caps and wheels from different companies before and never had a problem with fitment as long as the bore size matched up, so I'd think that would still be the case today.

Do the same with this link Granite Alloy GA9 Flat Black w/Mach Lip Now I am not sure on the bore size of these wheels, so I would def call on these. I looked around the net and couldn't verify.

Both caps have the manufacturers logo indented into the cap, but neither looks too aggressive to where it couldn't be covered up with a custom decal....hope I'm not sending you on a wild goose chase!!

Awesome I like the 2nd one I just dont know if it would be too busy for a simple wheel. I like the shape of the first one, I might just use that then get the decal made with a matte back to cover up the whole outside of it and the logo in the center done in silver.
