i was told theres a cheap high ideal switch we can wire into are 12vs for a high ideal some kind cylnoid i would think any one know about this or where to get it??

nothing cheap or easy about it!

People have rigged up small solenoids, like you would find on a carbed gasser that had a/c (keeps them from stalling when the ac kicks in) and alot of people just use the old fashoned cable method

Yeah the whole mechanical system really makes it hard to just wire anything electronic up to the engine. The easy and cheap method I use is just wedge my windshield scraper between the seats and jam it on the gas pedal. Lets me set the idle up around 1100 easy.

I used a choke cable. install it in the removable plastic cover below the steering column inline with the pedal. works great so far

I use a piece of 1x3. I have power seats so I can 'set' the idle at just about any speed! Works great. No plan to change it.
