What kind of filter do yall think is the best on afe intake system? They have oiled and dry.Do you think the 2 extra layers are worth paying for if went with oiled?

Have 2004 that is stock but looking at smarty jr straight pipe and cold air intake.

Personally, if you drive mostly highway either should be good. If you drive offroad with a lot of dirt and dust I'd get an oiled filter. My .02 cents

I have the Prodry stage II, and couldn't be happier. Almost all of my driving is on roads so I went with the dry system. Also I like the idea of being able to clean it with water or just by blowing the dirt out with compressed air, and pluggin it back in.

The Stage II has the torque tube, which is HUGE, and it whistles like a jet engine. It's just awesome.:thumbsup
