Yesterday I put in a banks fuel plate and today I ground the foot, swapped the washers, and slid everything forward. I have the star wheel all the way forward and the smoke screw most of the way in. With this I was able to achieve little smoke, gobs more power but I could only hit 23ish lbs of boost before it would dump. So I unhooked the wastegate linkage and tried to wire it shut (I didn't know what was shut so I tried both up and down and same results) but after doing that it didn't run that great and I could only build about 13lbs before it would dump. So I hooked the linkage back up and got the same results. Then after getting it all back together I plugged the hose going from the wg to the afc with vice grips, I was able to get 26lbs before dumping. Does this make sense or am I doing something wrong/missing something? I've been reading guys getting 30-35lbs, what else do I need to do?
