After much searching around, I think I'm going to pull the trigger on a 2010 MegaCab 2500. I'm new to this whole diesel/truck world and can use any advice to look out when I go and check out the truck. I'm in Miami, FL and will fly up to PA to look at it and have shipped back home. Please advice as to what I should look for that all checks out. It only has 25k miles and car fax states it's a 1 owner vehicle and no accident. I will not really be pulling anything heavy only a flats boat. This is the truck....

Are you buying from a dealer or original owner? Mileage sounds great for 5 year old truck. As much as it sucks to have to come out of pocket when already spending as much as these trucks cost, but it might be worth it to have a reputable diesel mechanic in the area give it a solid inspection. Might even have a mechanically inclined forum member live near by it who could take a look if you post the location. Good luck with the truck. Post pics when you get it.

It is from a Dodge dealer. I'd pay someone to check it if they are in that area but seems like this thread is not getting many looks. Supposedly it's from a female owner.
