hi,i have some questions i can't seem to find answers to on the net,as i am new to diesels and dodges.#1 im looking to buy 2004-2006 QC ram 2500,is there differecnces between the 305hp and the 325hp 5.9s ie-emisson control undesirables or is it just a porgamming thing. #2 can you determine the axel ratio through the vin? i want the 3.73s over the 4.10s, it\they are on-line auction sales so no upclose look. and last for now i want the manual t-case and as far as can tell the laramie has elctronic shift and slt has the manual.thanks in advance for all feed back :beer

the software on 03-04 is different from 04.5+
not sure on emmisions, i think the 04.5+ had cats put on em, mine has one but is gone
i have an slt with electronic transfer case though.
