My '99 3500 is not blowing in the vent position. it switches from defrost to floor just fine. the blower motor is still on it just doesn't blow out the dash. how do i fix this? can somebody whose done this before give me some advise?

Chech your vacuum lines.

which vacum lines, where are they located?

Look Under Dash Above The Accel Pedal There Is A Lil Vac Pot With An Arm Connecting To The Lever That Switches The Blend Door And Opens The Face Vents. If The Lil Arm Isnt Broken Then One Of Ur Vac Lines Should Be Bad

Figured out it's the vent door actuator. Thanks for the help.
